⚠️ 关键新规详解： 认证成绩要求：黄金/铂金选手必须在美东时间周六12:00-12:15（北京时间周日01:00-01:15）开始比赛，否则成绩无效（即使达标也无法晋级）。

AI使用禁令：严禁使用ChatGPT、Copilot等生成式AI辅助解题，美国选手禁用VPN，违者封号。

晋级规则：黄金→铂金需认证成绩；入选美国集训营需至少3场认证成绩（含公开赛）
